These terms apply to kinkztr.app, this website, while Kinkztr gets ready to open. The Kinkztr platform will have its own terms of service, and you’ll be asked to agree to them before you use it.
This is an adult site
Kinkztr is an adult platform for the kink and fetish community. This website has no explicit material on it, but it describes a service that is only for adults, so please don’t use this site if you’re under 18.
What’s on offer here
Kinkztr is still being built. What we describe here is what we’re working towards, not an offer, a contract, or a promise of a service, and features may change, arrive later than planned, or not ship at all. Joining the launch list doesn’t reserve an account, a name, a price, or a place. It just means we’ll let you know when we open.
The launch list
If you give us your email address, we’ll use it only as described in our privacy notice. If an address was added without its owner’s say-so, we’ll remove it as soon as either of you asks.
Our content
The Kinkztr name, the mark, and the text and design of this site are ours. You’re welcome to quote us, link to us, and write about us. Please don’t present our material as your own, or use our name or mark in a way that suggests we’re involved with, or endorse, something we’re not.
Liability
This site is provided as is. We do our best, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing here is legal, medical, or safety advice. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded.
Changes, and the law that applies
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the one that applies. They’re governed by the law of Australia.
