Privacy
This page covers kinkztr.app, the website, while Kinkztr gets ready to open. It doesn’t cover the Kinkztr platform, which will publish its own privacy policy before anyone can sign up.
What this site collects
The site has two forms, and they collect only what you type into them:
- The launch list takes your email address. We keep it, with the date you gave it to us, to email you once when Kinkztr opens.
- The contact form takes your message, your email address so we can reply, the topic you pick, and your name if you choose to give it. We use them only to reply to you.
That’s all. We don’t sell any of it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it, and where
Both forms are run by Formspree, a form service. When you submit one, Formspree receives what you sent, stores it in our Formspree account, and forwards a copy to our email inbox, which is hosted by Proton. Formspree stores and processes data in the United States, so what you send through these forms leaves Australia.
What this site doesn’t do
- No analytics, no tracking, no advertising pixels. The site sets no cookies of its own.
- No profiling. Nothing here tries to work out who you are.
- Your interest stays private. Being on a launch list for a kink platform is personal, and we treat it that way. Launch email is sent so that other recipients aren’t visible to you, and the list is never published, shown to partners, or used as a case study.
The page loads a web font from Google Fonts, which means Google’s servers see the request your browser makes for that file. Nothing about you or your email address is sent with it. If your browser has JavaScript turned off, sending a form takes you to a confirmation page on Formspree’s own site.
How long we keep it
We delete the launch list, from Formspree and from our inbox, once the launch email has been sent. We keep contact messages only as long as we need them to reply and follow up.
Getting it removed
Send us a message and ask. We’ll remove your details and confirm that they’re gone. You don’t need to give a reason, and you don’t need to be on the list to ask what we hold about you.
Who we are
Kinkztr is based in Australia and handles personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
If you have a question, or a complaint about how we’ve handled your information, send us a message. If we can’t resolve it, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
